Scope：

☆ BPDA

It is used for preparing of Polyimide products and its feature is that the insolubles of 5-30 micron per one gram less than 2,000.

☆ 6FDA

Improving Polyimide properties, including decreases water absorption, improves solubility and transmittance of film in optical and near-IR spectra, decreases dielectric constant and refractive index.

   It is widely used for FPC, the protective layer of semiconductor component and

dielectric film of High Density Packing Board.

☆ Ca₂P₂O₇

It is proper to be used as the additive of synthetic resin and ceramic materials.

☆ TOSPEARL

TOSPEARL 120 is a silicone micro resin for use as an additive to improve the performance of plastics, rubbers, paints, etc. In addition to providing the specific characteristics of silicones,such as water

repellency and lubricity, TOSPEARL 120 has a lower density than conventional inorganic fine powders and also has excellent heat resistance as compared with conventional organic fine powders.
