● Structure：
AU25KA、D3451and LF0100 series bonding sheet are made of polyester release film, whose one side is coated with the prescribed adhesive and then semi-cured, bonding sheet are overlaid with single-side polyethylene-coated release paper as a separator.
● Features
- Bonding sheet series are thermosetting adhesives for stiffener to FPC
- Application to lead free solder reflow process in moisture absorption condition is possible.
- Excellent bonding strength for FR4, Polyimide film, Aluminum and Stainless Steel plate.
- Suitable for used in vacuum quick process and postcure.
