This type product is a single coated silicone adhesive tape based on Black Polyimide film. It has excellent property of heat-resistance and anti-solvent, is proper to be used for punching and die cutting. It can be applied to the bonding insulation at the condition of high temperature per electric industry and the shield protection of electronic component in PCB process, especially for the high temperature protection during SMT, electronic switch and finger protection of PCB board.
